dc.description.abstract	Povolanie sestry prešlo vývojom, čo sa týka postavenia. Nedostatok sestier na nás kladie otázku, ako zlepšiť postavenie sestier. Cieľom našej práce je zistiť ich postavenie, riziká a vytvoriť návrhy. Napriek nákladnému štúdiu povolania sestry pre štát, sestry častokrát odchádzajú z daného povolania. Je možné benefitmi zmeniť ich odchod? Čo vplýva na sestry na pracovisku? Je kolektív základom spokojnosti sestier na pracovisku? Alebo je problém v samotnom výbere študentov? Na tieto otázky sa snaží-me v našej práci nájsť odpoveď.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The nurse's profession has gone through development in terms of status. The lack of nurses puts a question how to improve the position of the nurses. The goal of the work is to find out their status, the risks and to create benefits for them. Despite the expensive study of the nurse's profession for the state, nurses many times leave this profession. Is it possible to change this departure by using the benefits? What is affecting nurses in the workplace? It is the collective the basis for the satisfaction of nurses? Or is the problem in the selection of students? On these issues, we seek to find an answer in our work.
