dc.description.abstract	V předložené bakalářské práci se věnujeme problematice dárcovství kostní dřeně. Cílem práce je zjistit míru informovanosti veřejnosti o dárcovství kostní dřeně. V teoretické části se zabýváme dárcovstvím kostní dřeně a krvetvorných buněk, jejich využitím v praxi, metodami transplantací kostní dřeně, onemocněním, které je léčeno transplantací, HLA typizací, registry dárců. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí dotazníkové metody. Dotazníky byly vyplněny vybraným vzorkem respondentů a vypracovány tak, aby byla zjištěna úroveň vědomostí a informovanosti veřejnosti jak laické, tak odborné. Výsledky byly porovnány a vyjádřeny pomocí grafů. Závěrem a praktickým výstupem je zpracování informačního letáčku, ve kterém budou znázorněny jednotlivé kroky k zápisu do Českého národního registru dárců kostní dřeně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this bachelor thesis we deal with the issue of bone marrow donation. The aim of this work is to determine the level of public awareness of bone marrow donation. In the theoretical part we examine bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell donation, their use in practice, methods of bone marrow transplantation, diseases that are treated by transplantation, HLA typing and donor registries. The practical part is prepared using a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were filled in with a selected sample of respondents and developed to determine the level of knowledge and awareness in terms of both the general public and professionals. The results were compared and expressed using graphs. The conclusion and practical output is the production of an information leaflet, in which the individual steps for registration in the National Registry of Bone Marrow Donors will be outlined.
