Diplomová práca je zameraná na zefektívnenie logistických a skladových operácií spoloč-nosti Cardbox Packaging s. r. o. V rámci riešenia zadaného projektu bolo využitých analýz, ktorých vyhodnotenie viedlo k určeniu problémov a následne priestorov na zlepšenie v tejto oblasti. Podstatou projektu bolo navrhnúť nový layout skladu 400, určený pre skladovanie materiálu. Boli navrhnuté aj ďalšie opatrenia pre zlepšenie skladových a logistických operácií ako zavedenie čiarových kódov, inštalácia rýchlobežných dverí a ohrievača do časti expedície a vypracovanie štandardu pre uskladňovanie. Hlavným prínosom bolo zvýšenie kapacity skladu, eliminácia plytvania a komfortnosť pracovníkov pri vykonávaní činností na pracovisku. Na záver celej práce je zhodnotený projekt z nákladovej stránky. |

This diploma thesis focuses on streamlining of logistic and warehouse operations of Card-box Packaging s. r. o. Different analyses are employed in order to find solution for the se-lected project, the subsequent assessment of which has led to the determination of the main problems and, consequently, to the suggestion for improvement in the area. The core sug-gestion of the project was to design a new warehouse layout for Warehouse 400. However, other suggestions have also been proposed to improve the warehouse and logistics opera-tions, such as barcode deployment, installation of high-speed doors and heater in the expe-dition area, and storage standardization. The main advantages of the suggestions are to increase the warehouse capacity, eliminate wastage, and create a comfortable workplace for workers. At the end, the total cost required to implement the suggestions is also evaluated. |
