dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť projekt implementácie konceptu Balanced Scorecard do riadenia vybranej spoločnosti. Základom pre teoretickú časť práce bolo spracovanie literárnej rešerše venujúcej sa problematike výkonnosti a jej merania pomocou klasických a moderných ukazovateľov a neposlednej rade konceptu Balanced Scorecard, jeho definície, perspektívam a postupu implementácie do podniku. V praktickej časti práce boli prvotne uskutočnené analýzy vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia spoločnosti. Na základe informácií plynúcich s vykonaných analýz bol spracovaný návrh projektu. Navrhnutý projekt je doplnený o časovú a nákladovú analýzu a taktiež možné prínosy a riziká plynúce z implementácie do strategického riadenia.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master thesis is to submit a proposal of the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation into the management of the selected company. The basis for the theoretical part of the master thesis was processed by a literature review focused on performance issues and its measurement with traditional and modern indicators and last but not least the concept of Balanced Scorecard, its definition, perspectives and implementation process into the company. Practical part of the thesis, analyzes the external and internal environment of the company. Based on the information and results of the analyzes, a project proposal was prepared. The proposed project is complemented by time and cost analysis as well as the potential benefits and risks of implementation in strategic management.
