Diplomová práce si klade za cíl navrhnout vhodnou strukturu projektu implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard v podniku VELTEX JG s.r.o. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši, která je východiskem pro zpracování praktické části. Pojednává o výkonnosti podniku, o metodách finanční analýzy a charakteristice konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část se zabývá vlivy okolí na podnik a analyzováním jeho finanční situace, na jejímž základě budou navržena adekvátní východiska pro implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Návrh postupu implementace zahrnuje časový harmonogram, nákladovou analýzu, vymezení možných rizik a přínosy plynoucí z úspěšné realizace projektu. |

The aim of this master thesis is to propose a convenient structure to the project of the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation in the company VELTEX JG s.r.o. The theoretical part includes the literature research which provides the basis for the practical part. It deals with company´s performance, with methods of financial analysis and with characteristics of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The practical part deals with the influence of the surroundings on the company and with analyzing of its financial situation, on the basis of which the adequate solutions for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept will be proposed. The implementation procedure proposal includes a timetable, cost analysis, definition of potential risks and the benefits of successful project realization. |
