dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt založení soukromé praxe porodní asistentky ve Zlíně, která by zajišťovala péči o ženy v průběhu těhotenství a šestinedělí. Péče o ženy by byla poskytována přímo v domácím prostředí. Cílem práce bylo uspořádat teoretické poznatky v oblasti podnikání v oboru porodní asistence, provést analýzu tržního prostředí a na základě výsledných údajů sestavit podnikatelský plán. V rámci řešení problematiky byla provedena analýza současné situace na trhu služeb ve Zlíně a jeho okolí prostřednictvím analýzy vnějšího prostředí. Byla použita SLEPT analýza a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Dále byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit zájem žen o služby soukromé porodní asistentky ve Zlínském kraji. Na základě výstupu analytické části byl zpracován podnikatelský plán na založení soukromé praxe porodní asistentky ve Zlíně. Výsledkem práce bylo vytvoření konkrétního návrhu pro založení soukromé praxe porodní asistentky, který by umožnil rozšířit nabídku služeb ve Zlínském kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the project of establishing a private practice of midwife in Zlín, which would provide care of women during the pregnancy and puerperium. Care of women would be provided directly at home. The aim of the work was to organize theoreticsl knowlendge in the field of midwifery business plan to analyze the market environment and to draw up a business plan based on the resulting data. Within the solution of the problem, an analysis of the current situation on the market of services in Zlín and its surroundings was carried out by means of external environment analysis. SLEPT analysis and Porter's five competitive forces analysis were used. In addition, the questionnaire survey method was used to determine the interest of women in the services of a private midwife in the Zlín Region. Based on the output of the analytical part, a business plan for establishing a midwife private practice in Zlín was prepared. The result of this work was to create a specific proposal for establishing a midwife private practice, which would allow to expand the range of services in the Zlín Region.
