dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza týmové práce ve studentské organizaci AIESEC Zlín. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o týmové práci, vedení lidí a týmových rolích. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu týmové práce v organizaci AIESEC, kde se zaměřuji na prozkoumání týmových rolí ve vedoucí skupině členů a dále na preferovaný styl vedení u vedoucích týmů. Na závěr jsem uvedla doporučení a návrhy na možná zlepšení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the teamwork in the student organization AIESEC Zlín. The theoretical part contains some knowledge about teamwork, team lea-ding and team roles. The analytical part contains the analysis of the contemporary position of team work in the organization AIESEC where I was engaged in the research of team roles in leading team and in the research of preferred leading style.I presented several suggestions for the improvement at the end of my work.	en
