Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace sociálních lůžek ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních ve Zlínském kraji z hlediska kapacity, prostor, složení personálu a využívaných metod a technik sociální práce s klientem.V praktické části byly na základě výsledků polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zdravotně-sociálními pracovnicemi, vlastního strukturovaného pozorování a studiem materiálů vytvořeny případové studie (kazuistiky) vybraných zdravotnických zařízení ve Zlínském kraji. Tyto byly mezi sebou komparovány. Na základě těchto srovnání vznikla doporučení pro praxi. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is comparation of social beds in selected medical facilities of Zlín region in terms of capacity, space, staff composion and methods used in social work with client. In practical part, there are created case studies from selected medical facilities in Zlin region based on results from semistructured interviews with medical-social workers, own structured observation and document studies. These studies were then compared. Offered recommendations for practice were based on the comparisons. |
