Práce se zabývá formálními prostředky používanými ve videoklipech Paulieho Garanda. První část se věnuje charakteristice videoklipu, rozděluje ho a na příkladech demonstruje zažité konvence. V části analytické je tvorba Paulieho videoklipů rozdělena do pěti kategorií na základě jejich typo-logické podobnosti. V každé kategorii je stanoveno několik zástupců, u kterých jsou analyzovány jejich užité formální prostředky. Práce dále zkoumá, na čem si Paulie ve svých klipech zakládá a čím je ovlivněn. Jsou zde zahrnuty témata vlivu zahraničních interpretů, technologie a také prostředí, ve kterém Paulie vyrůstal. Skrze analýzu sleduje i profesní vývoj a přístup k tvorbě. Interpret poskytl rozhovor, ve kterém odpovídá na pracovní téze, které byly vytýčeny. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the instruments used in the music videos by Paulie Garand. The first part focuses on the characteristics of the music video, it categorises it and shows the established conventions through examples. In the analytical section, Paulie's music videos are divided into five categories according to their typological similarities. Each category has got a few examples where the formal instruments are analysed. The work then examines what is important for Paulie in his music videos and what influences him. What is involved here are the influences of foreign artists, technologies and also the place where Paulie grew up. The work also deals with his professional development and his approach to his work. The artist gave an interview in which he answers a few questions related to the topic of the thesis. |
