dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vztahů dětí umístěných v pěstounské péči a jejich biologické rodiny. Teoretická část přibližuje rodinu v tradičním i moderním pojetí a její postavení ve společnosti. Vymezuje typy rodiny a její strukturu. Dále se zabývá funkcemi a funkčností. Druhá část teoretické části vymezuje pěstounskou péči, její historický kontext a legislativní ukotvení. Popisuje rozdíly mezi druhy pěstounské péče a funkci doprovázející organizace. Třetí část se zaobírá problematikou kontaktu a jeho vhodností. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat kontakt mezi dítětem v příbuzenské pěstounské péči a jeho biologickým rodičem z pohledu pracovníků, pěstounů a biologického rodiče.

The theoretical part describes the family in traditional and modern terms and its position in society. It defines family types and their structure. It also deals with functions and functionality. The second part of the theoretical part defines foster care, its historical context and legislative base. It describes the differences between foster care and accompanying organization. The third part deals with the issue of contact and its appropriateness. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the relationship between the child in foster care and his birth parent from the point of view of social workers, foster parents and birth parents.
