Práce se zabývá copingovými strategiemi a zvládáním stresu v profesi hasiče. První část teoretické části se věnuje stresu, stresorům, stresových situacím, zvládacím technikám a obranným mechanismům. Druhá část je zaměřena na problematiku stresu v profesi hasiče. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění a porovnání používaných copingových strategií v profesi hasiče. |
