dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce nese název "Kontrola příspěvku na péči pohledem pracovníků oddělení příspěvku na péči". Příspěvek na péči je jedna z nejčastěji vyplácených sociálních dávek, ale stále dochází k nepochopení mezi lidmi, k čemu tato dávka primárně slouží. Z tohoto důvodu poté dochází ke zneužívání této dávky. Teoretická část vymezuje tematiku sociálního zabezpečení a rozdělení jeho tří pilířů. Blíže se zabývá samotným příspěvkem na péči. Závěrem se teoretická část zaměřuje na roli sociálního pracovníka v procesu kontroly. Cílem práce je zjistit názor na proces kontroly využívání příspěvku na péči pohledem sociálních pracovníků. A to zejména v oblastech hodnocení procesu kontroly, hodnocení role sociálního pracovníka, hodnocení nástrojů, hodnocení kompetencí a přínos kontroly a pozitivní připomínky. Kvantitativní výzkum je realizován pomocí výzkumní metody dotazování a techniky anonymního dotazování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is called "The care allowance check by staff of the care allowance department." The care allowance is one of the most frequently paid social benefits, but there is still misunderstanding among the people for which this benefit primarily serves. From this reason, that benefits is being abused. The theoretical part topic defines social security and the distribution of its three pillars. It deals more closely with care allowance. In conclusion, the theoretical part focuses on the role of social worker in the process of control. The goal of this thesis is find out opinion on the process of controlling the use of care allowance by the view of social workers. Especially in the areas evaluation of the control process, evaluation of the role of social worker, evaluation of the instruments, evaluation competencies and contribution of control and positive comments. Quantitative research is carried out using the research method questioning and the technique of anonymous questioning.
