dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter a zabývá se analýzou práce učitele z pohledu budoucích učitelů - studentů oboru učitelství pro mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky o učiteli a jeho profesi. Dále je také věnována pozornost profesním činnostem a profesní dráze učitele mateřské školy, ale i důležitosti cvičného či fakultního učitele při pedagogické praxi. V empirické části jsou analyzovány a interpretovány výsledky z kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím obsahové analýzy studentských reflektivních deníků. Z výsledků výzkumu je patrné, že názory studentů na práci učitele mateřské školy jsou kreovány především v průběhu souvislé praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis has a theoretical - empirical character and deals with the teacher's work analysis from the perspective of future teachers - students in the field of teaching in kindergartens. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the teacher and his profession. Furthermore, the attention is focused on professional activities and teaching career of the kindergarten teacher. However, it also emphasizes the importance of the practice and the faculty teacher in a teaching process. In the empirical part the results are analyzed and interpreted from qualitatively oriented research which was found out from the analysis of students' reflective diaries. The results of the research show that the views of students on the work of a kindergarten teacher are mainly created during working experience.
