Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dalšího vzdělávání učitelů středních škol v kontextu jejich vzdělávacích potřeb. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. V teoretická části je zachycena historie, legislativa, cíle a úkoly dalšího vzdělávání, motivace a efektivita v rámci vzdělávacích potřeb středoškolských učitelů. Cílem praktické části je prozkoumání nabídky a poptávky dalšího vzdělávání učitelů středních škol v kontextu jejich vzdělávacích potřeb. K dosažení cíle je proveden kvantitativní průzkum prostřednictvím metody dotazník. Dále je zpracována analýza nabídky poskytovatelů dalšího vzdělá-vání pedagogických pracovníků. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníku, z kterého vyplývá, že učitelé mají chuť a motivaci se dále vzdělávat. Dále jsou zhodnocena rizika a limity práce, kdy největší bariéra je shledána v časové vytíženosti učitelů při sběru dat v kvantitativním průzkumu. |

The bachelor thesis is devoted to problems of the secondary school teachers further education in the context of their educational needs. The thesis involve a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on history, legislation, targets and tasks of further education, motivation and effectiveness within the educational needs of secondary school teachers. The aim of the practical part is to explore the supply and demand of further education of secondary school teachers in the context of their educational needs. To achieve the aim is done a quantitative survey is conducted through a questionnaire method. The thesis consists analysis the offer of providers of further education of pedagogical staff. In conclusion, the results of the questionnaire shows that teachers have a desire and motivation to continue in their further education. In addition, the risks and limits of the work are evaluated, where the bigger barrier is found in high workload of teachers when collecting data in a quantitative survey. |
