Diplomová práca sa zaoberá skúmaním možnosti prípravy PVC s PVB v rôznych pome-roch, ku ktorým sa pridávalo plnivo kaolín. PVB sa požívalo v recyklovanej a nerecyklo-vanej forme. V teoretickej časti boli popísané základné polyméry, zmesi polymérov, plnivo kaolín, základné technológie spracovania a metódy hodnotenia. V praktickej časti bola popísaná príprava zmesí, ktorá sa uskutočnila na dvojvalci, a ďalej boli hodnotené potom hlavne mechanické vlastnosti, ako tvrdosť a ťahová skúška, štruktúrne zmeny po degradácií a zvuková pohltivosť. |

The Master's thesis deals with the investigation of PVC blends preparation with PVB in different proportions, to which kaolin filler was added. PVB was used in recycled and non-recycled form. In the theoretical part was described basic polymers, polymer blends, kaolin filler, basic processing technologies and evaluation methods. In the practical part was described the preparation of blends, which have been prepared on rollermachine, and then was evaluated mainly mechanical properties, such as hardness and tensile test, structural changes after degradation and sound absorption. |
