dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je analýza procesu vstřikování vybraného produktu, na vybraném stroji, ve společnosti IRISA výrobní družstvo. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány metody tváření plastů a nástroje průmyslového inženýrství aplikované ve společnosti IRISA výrobní družstvo. Praktická část práce přímo analyzuje proces vstřikování, obsahuje procesní analýzu a mapu toku hodnot. Tyto analýzy vedou k lepšímu poznání procesu a nalezení nedostatků. Na základě analýz závěr práce obsahuje možnosti eliminace plýtvání a návrhy na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current state of the injection moulding process on a selected machine for a selected product that IRISA moulding factory produce.The theoretical part explains plastics forming methods and describes the industrial engineering methods applied in IRISA moulding factory.The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of injection moulding process, contains process analysis and value stream map. These analyses lead to better knowledge of the process and find out deficiencies. On the basis of analyzes the conclusion of the work include the possibility of eliminating waste and suggestions for improvement.
