dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je zavedení metodiky TPM na pracovišti automatické lakovny ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se dělí na části teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše a zabývá se především problematikou údržby strojů a zařízení a totálně produktivní údržbou. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu systému údržby na pracovišti automatické lakovny. Na základě analýzy byl poté zpracován projekt pro zavedení metodiky TPM a zlepšení současného stavu systému údržby. V závěru projektu byly zhodnoceny očekávané přínosy navrhovaných opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the implementation of TPM in the workplace of automatic paint shop in selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical section. The theoretical part is elaborated in the form of a literary research and deals mainly with the problems of machine and equipment maintenance and total productive maintenance. The analytical section is focused on the analysis of the current state of the maintenance system in the workplace of the automatic paint shop. Based on the analysis a project was developed to implement the TPM methodology and to imporve the current state of the maintenance system. At the end of the project, the expected benefits of the proposed corrective actions were evaluated.
