Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému plánování, vyhledávání, výběru, příjmu a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraném rehabilitačním centru. V práci byla zpracována literární rešerše týkající se dané problematiky a souvztažně s tím byla zformulována teoretická východiska pro zpracování části praktické. Praktická část diplomové práce si kladla za cíl zanalyzovat současný stav systému vyhledávání, výběru, příjmu a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraném rehabilitačním centru a na základě těchto poznatků byly zhodnoceny přednosti a nedostatky současného stavu. Dosažené výsledky byly dále implementovány do projektu, který byl zaměřen na proces přijímání zaměstnanců do vybraného rehabilitačního centra. Navržený projekt byl dále podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the system of planning, searching, selection, reception and adaptation of new staff to a selected rehabilitation center. Literal research in this thesis was written mutually with formulation of theoretical part which was prerequisite for practical part. Practical part of the thesis aimed to analyze the current state of search, selection, income and adaptation of employees in the selected rehabilitation center and on the basis of these findings, the advantages and disadvantages of the current state have been assessed. The results achieved were also implemented into the project which was focused on the process of recruiting employees into selected rehabilitation center. The project was subsequently subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. |
