Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt založení centra péče o matku a dítě v Ivančicích, kde by byly poskytovány služby porodní asistentky související s těhotenstvím, porodem, šestinedělím a péčí o dítě. V rámci řešení této problematiky byla zpracována důkladná marketingová analýza a dále bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťovalo zkušenosti žen se službami porodní asistentky, jejich zájem o tyto služby a adekvátní částku, kterou by jednotlivé služby ohodnotily. Na základě nově získaných poznatků a závěrů analýzy byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán pro vznik centra péče o matku a dítě v Ivančicích, který obsahoval také finanční, rizikovou a časovou analýzu. Hlavním výsledkem práce je konkrétní projekt, který může sloužit jako podklad pro založení podobného zařízení v oboru porodní asistence. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the project of establishment a mother and child care center in Ivančice, where midwife services related to pregnancy, childbirth, puerperium and child care would be provided. In order to solve this problem, a thorough marketing analysis was carried out and a questionnaire survey was carried out which aimed on discovering the experience of women with midwife services, their interest in these services, and the amount they would like to pay for these services. Based on the new findings and conclusions of the analysis, a business plan for the establishment of a mother and child care center in Ivančice was created. This plan also included financial, risk and time analysis. The main outcome of the work is a concrete project that can serve as a basis for setting up a similar midwifery institution. |
