dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pomoci obětem trestných činů v pomáhajících profesích. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o obětech trestných činů, získané studiem odborné literatury a dalších informačních zdrojů. Další část práce obsahuje informace o typologii obětí trestných činů, viktimizaci a nastiňuje, jaké jsou dopady trestných činů na oběť. Následně pak popisuje práva obětí trestných činů a druhy laické a odborné pomoci. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkumné šetření u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích, které objasňuje a testuje závislosti mezi sebepojetím o znalostech pomoci obětem trestných činů, délkou jejich praxe a pohlavím.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented diploma thesis deals with assisting to victims of crime in helping professions. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about victims of crime, obtained by studying specialized literature and other information sources. The following part of the thesis focuses on the typology of crime victims, victimization and outlines the impact of the crime on the victim. It also describes the crime victims´ rights and types of non-professional and professional assistance. The practical part includes a quantitative research survey of workers in helping professions which clarifies and verifies the connection between their knowledge about assisting to victims of crime, their length of practice and their gender.
