Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Činnost organizací zabývajících se zážitkovou pedagogikou a jejich působení na mládež". V teoretické části práce jsem se zaměřila na vysvětlení pojmu volný čas, na zařízení pro volný čas dětí a mládeže a na financování volnočasových aktivit dětí a mládeže. V praktické části jsem popsala výzkumný problém, stanovila hypotézy a věnovala se provedení finanční analýzy a prozkoumání finanční dokumentace. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou finanční prostředky na volnočasové aktivity dětí a mládeže poskytovány v dostatečné výši a zda jsou využívány na stanovený účel. Provedla jsem srovnání poskytování finančních dotací za posledních pět let a výzkumem jsem došla k závěru, že výše finančních prostředků vkládaných do volnočasových aktivit dětí a mládeže stále ještě není na potřebné úrovni, ale že finanční prostředky poskytnuté na tyto aktivity jsou využívány v souladu s účelem, který byl stanoven. |

The topic of my first degree thesis is: Functioning of the organizations dealing with experience pedagogy and the way they influence the young. In the theoretical part, I tried to explain the notion "free time", I described institutions where children and young people spend their leisure time and I concentrated on financing of youth free time activities. In the practical part, I described the research problem, set a hypothesis, suggested financial analysis and method of scrutinizing financial documentation. The main aim of my work was to find out, whether there is enough money for children leisure time activities and whether these are used for the stated purpose. I compared the amount of money spent in the last five years and through my research concluded, that the total sum given to support the children leisure time activities is not sufficient yet, though the financial means given are used in agreement with the stated purpose. |
