dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem vzdělání příslušníků Armády České republiky v jejich profesním rozvoji. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku andragogiky a její uplat-nění při edukaci vojáků. Zabývá se klíčovou oblastí vzdělávání dospělých, a to profesním vzděláváním. To je pojato jak obecně, tak se zaměřením na profesní rozvoj vojáků. Je zde vysvětlen důležitý přínos vojenské akademie ve Vyškově. Přináší vhled do vojenského vzdělávacího systému, kde popisuje strukturu vojenské střední školy a vyšší odborné školy v Moravské Třebové a také nabízí pohled do systému vojenských vysokých škol. Praktická část bakalářské práce zjišťuje reálný význam dosaženého vzdělání a jeho vliv na profesní rozvoj příslušníků AČR. Objasňuje nám také vnímání významu profesního vzdělávání a vojenského vysokoškolského vzdělání pro profesní rozvoj. Kvantitativní výzkum byl reali-zován formou dotazníkového šetření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of education of members of the Army of the Czech Republic in their professional development. The theoretical part describes the pro-blems of andragogy and its application in the education of soldiers. It deals with the key area of adult education through vocational education. This is conceived both in general and with a focus on the professional development of soldiers. An important contribution of the Military Academy in Vyškov is explained here. It brings insight into the military education system, which describes the structure of the military high schools and colleges in the Mo-ravian Třebová and offers a look into the system of military colleges. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis identifies the real importance of education and its influence on the professional development of members of the ACR. It also clarifies the perception of the importance of vocational education and military higher education for professional develo-pment. Quantitative research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey.
