Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt uplatnění vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě AVT, s.r.o., Drnovice u Valašských Klobouk. Samotná práce je rozdělena do 3 hlavních částí. V první části vysvětluji teoretická hlediska, která jsou východiskem pro zpracování další, analytické části. V analytické části je představena společnost AVT, s.r.o. a je provedena podrobná analýza možnosti uplatnění vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství. Projektová část je na základě výsledků analýzy zaměřena na aplikaci zásad ergonomie, uspořádáním a přehledností pracoviště, programem 5S a vizualizací. Závěr obsahuje návrhy a další doporučení na zlepšení. |

Master thesis is focused on project of using selected methods of industrial engineering in company AVT ltd., Drnovice u Valašškých Klobouk. This work is dividend into 3 main parts. In the first part, I explain teoretic solutions of view, which are necessary for following analytic part. In the analytic part is introduced AVT, ltd. and is realized detailed analysis of possibilities using selected methods of industrial engineering in the company. The project part of thesis is according to results of analysis focused on implementation principles of the ergonomy, layout and durvey of the working place, program 5S and visual management. |
