dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku teoretické přípravy evakuace obyvatel obce Bystročice pro případ možnosti ohrožení života a zdraví. Zabezpečení průběhu a způsobu evakuace, včetně únikových tras a prostředků, pomocí kterých se bude obec v případě celkové nebo částečné evakuace obyvatel opouštět. Kde a jak bude poskytováno nouzové ubytování a stravování. Jsou zde popsány důvody evakuace a způsob jejího vyhlášení. Kdo a jak bude evakuaci koordinovat a řídit. Jsou zde popsány zákony a normy, kterými se evakuace řídí a ze kterých vychází. V neposlední řadě je zde uveden způsob vyhlášení konce evakuace.
