dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se analýzou práce učitele mateřské školy s koncepty dětí předškolního věku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a teorie, ze kterých autorka vychází. V textu je také věnována pozornost analýze výzkumů k tématu, s důrazem na způsoby, jak může učitel mateřské školy na koncepty dětí reagovat. V empirické části je představený design a závěry kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován s využitím pozorování a rozhovorů učiteli mateřských škol. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány a analyzovány výsledky výzkumu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and deals with the analysis of the nursery teacher work with the pre-school age children concepts. In the theoretical part the basic concepts and theories which the author based her work on are defined. In the text the attention is also paid to the analysis of the research on the subject with focus on the ways how the nursery teacher can respond to the children concepts. In the empirical part the design and conclusions of the qualitative research carried out with the use of observation and nursery teacher interviews are presented. In conclusion the research results are interpreted and analysed.
