dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je porovnat množství nečistot, které ulpí na povrchu formy z různých materiálů při lisování kaučukové směsi. Sleduje se vliv separačního prostředku a různé úpravy povrchu formy na kontaminaci povrchu dutin forem. Teoretická část popisuje kaučukovou směs, její zpracování a problematiku vulkanizace. V praktické části jsou popsány použité materiály na tělesa reprezentující dutinu formy, dále použitou kaučukovou směs a konkrétní zpracování kaučukové směsi. Je provedena analýza výsledků a jejich vyhodnocení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of this thesis is to compare the amount of impurities adhering to the surface of the mold from different materials during the molding of the rubber compound. The effect of the separating means and various mold surface modifications are monitored to contamination of the surface od mold cavities. The theoretical part describes the rubber compound, its processing and the problem of vulcanization. In the practical part, the materials used are represented on the mold cavity, the rubber compound used and the specific processing of the rubber mixture. Results analysis and evaluation are performed.
