Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením biologicky aktivních látek léčivých bylin: Ibišek, Heřmánek pravý, Jasmín, Kopřiva dvoudomá, Máta peprná, Meduňka lékařská, Ostropestřec mariánský, Třezalka tečkovaná. V teoretické části diplomové je uvedeno obecné chemické složení bylinných čajů a blíže jsou popsány zkoumané druhy vzorků, jejich botanické charakteristiky, chemické složení, použití a zdravotní účinky. Dále je specifikována antioxidační kapacita, polyfenolové látky a flavonoidy. V praktické části diplomové práci jsou vyhodnoceny sebrané údaje o antioxidační kapacitě, celkovém obsahu polyfeolů a flavonoidů získané laboratorním rozborem. Získané výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů a porovnány s výsledky uvedenými v odborné literatuře. |

The Diploma thesis deals with the determinativ of biologically active substance sof medicinal herbs: Hibiscus, Matricaria chamomilla, Jasminum officinale, Urtica dioica, Mentha piperita, Melissa officinalis, Silybum marianum, Hypericium perforatum. In the theoretical part of the thesis describe the general characteristics of medicinbal products, theur collection, adjustment, the active substances cantained in herbs and the use in the medicine. Further I indicate specifics about the antioxidant capacity of flavonoids and total conent of polyphenols. In the practical part of the thesis are evaluated the data collected about antioxidant capacity, total content of polyfeols and flavonoids obtained by laboratory analysis. Obtained results are processed into charts and graphs and the results were compared with those in the literature. |
