Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem Analýza systému střediskového hospodaření controllingu ve firmě TVD Technická výroba, a.s. je analyzovat současný přístup ke střediskovému hospodaření, popsat proces plánování a rozpočetnictví a zhodnotit prováděné činnosti v oblasti controllingu. Na základě zjištěných informací pak vytvořit návrhy a doporučení. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše literárních pramenů týkajících se manažerského účetnictví, nákladů, odpovědnostního účetnictví, rozpočetnictví a controllingu. V praktické části je představena společnost a provedena analýza systému střediskového hospodaření a controllingu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. |

The aim of this thesis, titled The Analysis of Responsibility Accounting and Controlling System in TVD - Technická výroba, a.s., is to analyze the current approach to the responsibility accounting, to describe the process of planning and budgeting, to evaluate activities carried out in the field of controlling and on the basis of the collected data and information to provide suggestions and recommendations. The theoretical part is focused on the research of literary sources dealing with management accounting, costs, responsibility accounting, budgeting and controlling. In the practical part, the company introduction is provided, and analysis of the system of responsibility accounting and controlling is made.
