Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem aplikace metody SMED na vybraném zařízení ve společnosti TES Vsetín, s.r.o. Práce má dva hlavní celky a to teoretickou část, kde jsou zpracovány základy průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlého podniku, štíhlé výroby a metoda SMED. V praktické části je představena společnost a zařízení, které je podstatné pro pro-vedení analýzy současného stavu a následného zavedení metody SMED. V projektové části je tato metoda aplikována a následně jsou představeny návrhy na zkrácení doby přetypová-ní. |

This diploma thesis deals with the project of application of the SMED method on selected equipment at TES Vsetín, s.r.o. The thesis has two main units, namely the theoretical part, where the basics of industrial engineering, lean enterprise, lean manufacturing and the SMED method are worked out. The practical part introduces the company and the equip-ment that is essential for the analysis of the current state and the subsequent introduction of the SMED method. In the project part, this method is applied and proposals for shorte-ning casting time are presented. |
