Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dlouhodobý majetek, jeho odpisování a vazbu odpisů na cenu tepelné energie pro zlínskou lokalitu. Cílem bakalářské práce je nalézt optimální způsob odpisování dlouhodobého majetku s ohledem na jeho životnost, zůstatkovou cenu a zákonem stanovenou regulaci cen tepelné energie. Data byla zpracována pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy. Podstatou řešení bylo problematiku dlouhodobého majetku s vazbou na způsob odpisování přizpůsobit jak předpisům vymezeným účetnictvím, tak předepsaným normám Energetického regulačního úřadu. V práci bylo navrženo řešení, které pomocí zvoleného způsobu odpisování dlouhodobého majetku umožňuje korigovat vývoj celkových nákladů. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je možné nadále investovat do modernizace dlouhodobého majetku, jelikož společnost má dostatečné zdroje krytí a pomocí optimalizace nákladových položek je schopna stabilizovat cenu tepelné energie. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on long-term assets, its depreciation and the link of depreciation to the price of heat energy for the Zlín locality. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find the optimal way of depreciation of long-term assets with respect to its lifetime, the residual value and the statutory regulation of heat energy prices. Data was processed using financial analysis tools. The essence of the solution was to adapt the issue of fixed assets related to the depreciation method to both the rules defined by the accounting and the prescribed standards of the Energy Regulatory Office. In the thesis, a solution was proposed which, through the chosen method of depreciation of long-term assets, allows to correct the development of total costs. On the basis of the facts, it is possible to continue to invest in the modernization of fixed assets as the company has sufficient cover resources and, by optimizing cost items, is able to stabilize the cost of thermal energy. |
