Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na oblast dekorativní kosmetiky, odličovacích přípravků a povrchově aktivních látek, jakožto jednu z jejich hlavních ingrediencí. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše této problematiky. Experimentální část je věnována přípravě hypoalergenní micelární vody a následnému testování její účinnosti. Za tímto účelem byly navrženy a ověřeny dvě exaktní instrumentální metodiky využívající gravimetrii a spektrofotometrii. Dále byly hodnoceny vybrané micelární vody a bylo provedeno jejich srovnání. |

This diploma thesis is focused on decorative cosmetics, facial cleansers and surfactants, as one of their main ingredients. In the theoretical part, a literary research was conducted on this issue. The experimental part is devoted to the preparation of hypoallergenic micellar water and the subsequent testing of its effectiveness. For this purpose, two exact instrumental methods using gravimetry and spectrophotometry were designed and verified. Furthermore, selected micellar waters were evaluated and compared. |
