Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem tepelné vodivosti termoplastických kompozitních materiálů. Je zde popsána příprava kompozitních směsí a výroba vzorků ručním lisováním za tepla a vstřikováním. Na připravených kompozitech byla měřena tepelná vodivost metodou podle Fitche a MTPS. Dále je pozornost soustředěna na závislost tepelné vodivosti kompozitů na koncentraci výchozích složek. Na základě naměřených a vypočítaných hodnot měřených vzorků byl vyhodnocen dopad použité výrobní technologie a vliv aplikované měřící metody na tepelnou vodivost kompozitů. |

This master thesis deals with the study of thermal conductivity of thermoplastic composite materials. It describes the preparation of composite compounds and the production of samples by manual hot pressing and injection molding. The thermal conductivity was measured on prepared composites by Fitch methode and MTPS. Further, attention is focused on the dependence of the thermal conductivity of composites on the concentration of the starting components. Based on the measured and calculated values of the measured samples, the impact of the used production technology and the effect of the applied measuring method on the thermal conductivity of the composites were evaluated. |
