dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se věnuje historickému vývoji procesu broušení, po-pisuje v dnešní době běžně používané metody brousících procesů vhodných pro kovové součásti a uvádí vybrané brousící materiály a stroje. Druhá část práce posuzuje problema-tiku procesu broušení z pohledu malé firmy, která musí zvažovat optimální volbu z hlediska efektivity procesu, plnění kvalitativních požadavků i bezpečnosti práce. Cílem práce tedy je analýza a vyhodnocení procesu broušení v konkrétní firmě dle požadovaných sledovaných kritérií.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this thesis is linked to a historical development of a grinding process itself. Consequently it describes the current working processes of the grinding technology, which are suitable for a grinding of metal parts and it presents the particular grinding mate-rials and machines. The second practical part of this thesis evaluates the issue of the grind-ing in reference to an optimal choice among the quality, the effectivity and the safety from a point of view of the small company. The main aim of this thesis is to make an analysis about the particular process at the specific company.
