dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem automatizace výrobního pracoviště ve společnosti TE Connectivity. V první části diplomové práce je teoretická rešerše na téma spojené s automatizací výroby, analýzou procesu, štíhlou výrobou a jsou popsány mechanické části použité při automatizaci pracoviště. Dále jsou zde obsaženy informace o výpočtech strojních časů a návratnosti investice. V druhé části je provedena analýza současného stavu výrobního pracoviště a specifikace vyráběných produktů. Jsou navrženy dva různé návrhy automatizace zakládání kabelových svazků do osazovacího automatu Schleuniger. Na závěr je vybraná automatizace zhodnocena technicko-ekonomicky a je vypočtena délka návratnosti investice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the design of automation of the production workplace at TE Connectivity. The first part of the diploma thesis represents theoretical search on the topic of production automation, process analysis, lean production and the mechanical parts used in the automation of the workplace. In addition, there is information about machine time calculations and return on investment. In the second part, the analysis of the current state of the production workplace and the specifications of manufactured products is carried on. There are two different designs for automation of cable harvesting in the Schleuniger Slot Machine. In conclusion, selected automation is evaluated technically and economically and the length of the return on investment is calculated.
