dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem varny pro vaření 5hl pivní mladiny. První část práce je zaměřena na historii vaření piva a technologický proces výroby piva, který je pro pochopení dané problematiky stěžejní. V druhé časti jsou popsány jednotlivé komponenty varného zařízení a typové příklady restauračních varen v ČR. V praktické části diplomové práce byl vytvořen 3D model i výkres sestavy konstrukce varny. Nakonec bylo vyhotoveno ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with a design of a brewing receptacle for brewing 5 hectolitres of hopped wort. The introductory section of the thesis focuses on the history of beer brewing and the technological process of beer production that is vital for understanding the topic. The pro-blem analysis section provides a description of individual components of the brewing equipment and examples of the types of brewing receptacles used in restaurants in the Czech Republic. The research part of the thesis includes a 3D model and a drawing of the brewing re-ceptacle assembly design. The conclusion offers an economic analysis of the design.
