Bakalářská práce pojednává o osobnosti pedagoga a vlivu jeho edukačního procesu na žáky v základní škole. Zabývá se psychologií osobnosti pedagoga, jeho kompetencemi a typy pedagogického vedení žáků v teoretické části. Dále zkoumá jejich zpětnou vazbu v části praktické. Žáci osmých a devátých tříd měli v dotazníkovém šetření za úkol posoudit jaké postoje pedagoga k vyučování preferují. Dále praktická část řeší, zda se představa žáků o ideálním učiteli shoduje s reálným vyučujím, kterého potkávají na půdě školy. Výsledek výzkumu obsahuje toto srovnání, interpretuje výsledky a nabízí doporučení pro praxi. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the personality of the teacher and the influence of his educational process on pupils in an elementary school. It deals with the psychology of the personality of the pedagogue, its competencies and the types of pedagogical leadership of pupils in the theoretical part. It further examines their feedback in the practical part. In the questionnaire survey the pupils of the eighth and ninth classes had the task of assessing what pedagogical attitudes they prefer to teach. Furthermore, the practical part solves whether the idea of the pupils about the ideal teacher coincides with the real teacher they meet in the school environment. The result of the research contains this comparison, interprets the results and offers recommendations for practice. |
