dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je identifikace plýtvání a možnosti eliminace plýtvání ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části je popsané průmyslové inženýrství, metody plánování a řízení výroby, technická příprava výroby a nástroje zlepšování procesů. Mezi podstatné body praktické části patří analýza současného stavu, snímek pracovního dne a poruchy pecí. Na základě analýz praktické části obsahuje závěr práce možnosti eliminace plýtvání a návrhy na zlepšení.
