Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza odmeňovacieho systému vybranej firmy a jej porovnanie so systémom odmeňovania, ktorý fungoval v spoločnosti Baťa do roku 1939. Teoretická časť je podrobne zameraná najmä na motiváciu a odmeňovanie zamestnancov, kde sú vysvetlené základné pojmy a členenia. Praktická časť analyzuje vybraný podnik RKS a spoločnosť Baťa, približuje čitateľovi základné informácie o podniku a ich odmeňo-vacích systémoch. Na záver práce sú pre vybraný podnik navrhnuté zmeny podľa spoloč-nosti Baťa, ktorými by sa mohol inšpirovať. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the reward system in a selected company and subsequently to compare it with the reward system of the Bata company used until 1939. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the motivation and rewarding of employees and the basic terms and divisions are explained in detail. In the pratical part, the selected com-pany RKS and the Bata company are analyzed. The reader is provided with the basic in-formation about these two companies as well as their reward systems. The final part of the work contains recommended changes for the RKS company based on the inspiration taken from the Bata company. |
