Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze konkurenceschopnosti vybraného minipivovaru v Olomouci a má za cíl navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení aktuálního stavu marketingového řízení a konkurenceschopnosti tohoto podniku. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou, kde jsou zpracovány poznatky o konkurenci a konkurenceschopnosti, dále marketingového mixu 4P, jeho modifikaci 4C a marketingového výzkumu a praktickou, ve které jsou zpracovány analýzy a vypracována doporučení ke zlepšení současné situace. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected microbrewery in Olomouc and its objective is to suggest recommendation for improvement of the current state of marketing management and competitiveness of this company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical, with processed knowledge about competi-tion and competitiveness, the marketing 4P, its modification 4C and marketing research and practical, in which analyzes are processed and recommendations are made to improve the current situation. |
