Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém řízení pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části byly na základě literární rešerše vymezeny pohledávky a jejich životní cyklus z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového. Následně byl detailně rozpracován proces řízení pohledávek v podnikové praxi. Prostřednictvím teoretické části práce bylo vytvořeno východisko pro část praktickou, která se zabývala systémem řízením pohledávek ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s., Uherský Brod. Nejprve byla společnost krátce představena, byla provedena finanční analýza její současné ekonomické situace a především pak analýza struktury pohledávek z obchodních vztahů. V další části práce, věnované řízení pohledávek, byly analyzovány dílčí činnosti spojené s prevencí a vymáháním pohledávek po splatnosti. Pro úplnost byly zahrnuty také účetní postupy a praktické příklady. Výstupem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného stavu řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s., nalezení nedostatků, vytvoření návrhu na jejich odstranění a tím zefektivnění celého systému. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of receivables management in selected company. In the theoretical part, on the basis of literary research, the receivables and their life cycle were defined from the legal, accounting and tax point of view. Subsequently, the process of receivables management in company practice was elaborated in detail. The theoretical part of the thesis provided a basis for the practical part dealing with the management of receivables at Česká zbrojovka a.s., Uherský Brod. First the company was briefly introduced, a financial analysis of the current economic situation was performed and, above all, the analysis of the structure of receivables from business relations was also processed. In the next part, dealing with receivables management, there were analyzed partial activities related to the prevention and recovery of overdue receivables. For completeness, accounting procedures and practical examples were also included. The output of the bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the current situation of receivables management in Česká zbrojovka a.s., finding shortcomings, creating a proposal for their elimination and thus making the system more efficient. |
