Předmětem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu pro zvýšení účinnosti hotelového managementu pomocí dynamických simulací. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou. Předmětem teoretické části je shrnutí poznatků z oblasti moderního hotelového managementu včetně jeho atributů a dále je obsahem shrnutí poznatků použitých analytických metod. Obsahem praktické části je představení hotelu a zjištění současného stavu pomocí SWOT analýzy, metody 7S a CLD digramu. Na základě výstupů analytických metod a získaných informací je vypracován projekt zvýšení účinnosti hotelového managementu pomocí dynamických simulací. V závěru je projekt podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. Výsledkem této práce jsou návrhy moderních manažerských přístupů zvyšující účinnost hotelového managementu. |

This thesis deals with creating a project to increase an efficiency of hotel management using dynamic simulations. The thesis is divided into three parts; theoretical part, practical part, and project. The subject of the theoretical part is a summary of modern hotel management knowledge including its attributes, and contains a summary of analytical methods, too. The practical part deals with introducing the hotel in its current state using SWOT analysis, 7S method and CLD diagram. The project, which is focused on the hotel management efficiency, increase using dynamics simulations, is based on outputs of analytical methods and obtained information. In conclusion, the project is submitted to cost analysis, time analysis and risk analysis. The results of the thesis are suggestions of managerial approaches increasing an efficiency of hotel management. |
