dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací výrobní linky Epoxy, která se na divizi MAG společnosti EPCOS s.r.o. specializuje na povlakování toroidních jader. Pro definici správného pracoviště k racionalizaci bylo využito ukazatelů personální efektivity a využití stroje, což jsou dva hlavní klíčové ukazatele společnosti. Stanovených cílů pro tyto dva ukazatele bylo dosaženo v rámci projektu za pomocí nástrojů a metod průmyslového inženýrství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on rationalization of the Epoxy production line, which specializization is the coating of toroid cores and belongs to the MAG division of EPCOS s.r.o. In order to define the right workplace for rationalization, indicators of personnel efficiency and utilization of machines were used. These indicators are two of main of the company. The goals set for these two indicators were achieved within the project using industrial engineering tools and methods.
