dc.description.abstract	Predmetom diplomovej práce je riešenie problematiky spojenej so súčasným výrobným procesom výroby. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť viacero možností ako zvýšiť produkciu na strojných zariadeniach pomocou nového riadenia spracovania vratného odpadu na linke. V teoretickej časti je popísané čo v sebe zahrňuje štíhla výroba, samotný výrobný proces a metodika DMAIC. Analytická časť zahrňuje predstavenie spoločnosti, sledovaného strojného zariadenia, meranie vplyvu vzniku vratného odpadu na produkciu a analýzu príčin vzniku vratného odpadu. V projektovej časti sú uvedené riešenia zvýšenia produktivity strojného zariadenia a obmedzenia vzniku vratného odpadu s konečným dôsledkom na výrobu polotovarov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of the issues associated with the current manufacturing process of the production of intermediate products in the rubber industry. The goal of the work is to propose several possibilities how to increase the production of the machinery with a new management of recycle waste on the production line. In the theoretical part is defined which in itself includes lean manufacturing, the actual manufacturing process and methodology of DMAIC. The analytical part includes the presentation of the company, the monitored machinery, the impact measurement of the production of recycled waste on the production and analysis of the causes of the formation of the waste. In the project part are solutions how to restrict the generation of the recyclabe waste with the ultimate consequence for the manufacture of intermediate products.
