| dc.description.abstract |
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku mezigeneračních vztahů a sociální solidarity především v rodině. Jedná se o současné, velmi citlivé téma, které souvisí s demografickým vývojem. V teoretické části se věnujeme vícegeneračnímu soužití od jeho počátků, dále rodinné solidaritě a s tím související i mezigenerační solidaritě. Přiblížíme si jednotlivá období lidského života, pro naši práci je především významná etapa stárnutí a stáří. Soužití více generací s sebou nese také mnoho rozdílných názorů, které občas vyúsťují v mezigenerační konflikt. Empirická část navazuje na praktickou a je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data byla dále zpracována, následovala analýza výsledků a interpretace dat. |

This diploma thesis is focused on issues of intergenerational relations and social solidarity especially in a family. This is current and very sensitive topic and is related to demographic development. In the theoretical part, we are devoted to multigenerational coexistence from its beginnings, further to a family solidarity and its related intergenerational solidarity. We will describe individual periods of human life, for our work is most important the stage of aging and old age. Multi-generational coexistence also brings many different opinions that sometimes result in an intergenerational conflict. The empirical part builds on the practical one and consists of a quantitative research, which was realized through a questionnaire survey. The obtained data were further processed, followed by results analysis and interpretation. |
