dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje volnému času seniorů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje stárnutí a stáří. Součástí tématu jsou faktory ovlivňující proces stárnutí a současná demografická situace. Druhá kapitola se zabývá volným časem, determinanty volného času a volnočasovými aktivitami seniorů. Třetí část se zabývá konkrétními možnostmi trávení volného času seniorů ve městě Otrokovice. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu, jehož cílem je zmapovat volnočasové aktivity seniorů a najít odpovědi na zvolené výzkumné otázky. Výzkum je kvantitativní a sběr dat byl proveden prostřednictvím dotazníků

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the free time of seniors. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes ageing and growing old. The part of the topic are the factors influencing the ageing process and the current demographic situation. The se-cond chapter deals with leisure time, leisure time determinants of free time and leisure time activities of seniors. The third part deals with specific possibilities of spending leisure time of seniors in Otrokovice. The practical part is devoted to the research aimed at mapping the leisure time activities of seniors and finding answers to selected research questions. The research is quantitative and data collection was conducted through questionnaires
