dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací sociálních pracovníků k výkonu jejich profese. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu sociální práce a sociální služby. Také je zde definován pojem sociální pracovník a jeho role. Práce se věnuje i kompetencím sociálního pracovníka, motivaci, jejím zdrojům a vlastnostem. Popisuje také intrinsickou a extrinsickou motivaci. Dále je v této části popsána motivace pracovního jednání, teorie instrumentality, teorie zaměřené na obsah i teorie zaměřené na proces. Na závěr se práce zabývá motivací k výkonu pracovní činnosti a systému odměňování. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá tím, jaké jsou hlavní motivační faktory pro výkon profese sociálního pracovníka. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu jsou data získána za pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sociálními pracovníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the motivation of social workers to carry out their profession. The theoretical part is focused on defining the term of social work and social services. A social worker and his/her role are also defined. The thesis is focused on competences of a social worker, motivation, resources and features of motivation. It also describes the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This section also describes the work motivation theo-ries, the theory of instrumentality, the theory focused on content and theory focused on process. At the end, the thesis deals with motivation to work process and the remune-ration system. The practical part of the thesis defines the main motivation factors for the work of a social worker. In terms of qualitative research the data are gathered by semi-structured interview with social workers.
