dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit investiční projekt vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou definicí investic a investičního rozhodování, možnostmi financování a rozborem jednotlivých metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Praktická část je nejdříve zaměřena na charakteristiku analyzované společnosti a její finanční situaci pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Poté je představen investiční projekt firmy, na který jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a posouzeny zdroje financování. Na závěr je navrhnuto investiční rozhodnutí a vytyčena rizika, která se v souvislosti s projektem mohou vyskytnout.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this master thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the chosen company. The theoretical part focuses on the general definition of investment and investment decisions, possibilities of the financial resources and analysis of particular methods of the investment effectiveness evaluation. The practical part is focused firstly on the characteristics of the analyzed company and its financial situation using the indicators of the financial analysis. Then there is a presentation of the company's investment project which is exposed to metods of the investment effectiveness evaluation and the financial resources are reviewed. At the end, there is proposed the investment decision and set out risks which can be identified associated with the project.
