dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá navržením projektu snížení fluktuace ve vybrané firmě. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí; teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části práce je provedena literární rešerše poznatků týkajících se fluktuace a základních pojmů s ní souvisejících, čímž je vytvořena informační základna pro následující část práce. Ta se zabývá analýzou současného stavu fluktuace ve vybrané firmě, jejími příčinami a náklady, což následně tvoří společně s teoretickou částí podklad pro vypracování projektu na snížení fluktuace ve vybrané firmě, potažmo na přání vedení v požadované části vybrané firmy. Projekt obsahuje jednotlivé návrhy na snížení fluktuace společně s vyčíslením nákladů a rizik na jejich zavedení, ale také s vyčíslením ekonomického přínosu pro firmu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with designing a project on reducing fluctuation in a selected company. The work is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a literary research on fluctuation findings and the basic concepts related to it, creating an information base for the following part of the thesis. The practical part deals with an analysis of the current fluctuation in the selected company, its causes and costs. That together with the theoretical part forms the basis for elaboration of the project on reducing fluctuation in the selected company or, alternatively, on the wishes of management in the desired part of the selected company. The project includes individual proposals on fluctuation reduction together with the costs and risk estimates for their implementation, as well as with a quantification of the economic benefits for the company.
