dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Analgosedace pacienta v intenzivní péči z pohledu sestry. V teoretické části je popsána historie, specifika analgosedace, léky využívané u analgosedace a péče o pacienta v intenzivní péči. Praktická část se skládá z kvantitativní studie formou dotazníku, který je určen pro všeobecné sestry a zdravotnické záchranáře pracující na anesteziologicko resuscitačním oddělení a jednotkách intenzivní péče v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Dotazník je zaměřen na hodnocení analgosedace z pohledu sestry a používání nejčastějších léčiv. Cílem práce je zjistit hloubku analgosedace za použití analgosedačních škál a využití dalších možných prostředků u pacienta v intenzivní péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is Analgosedace of the Patient in Intensive Care from the Point of View of the Nurse. The Thesis is devided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the history, the specifics of analgosedation, the drugs used in analgosedation and the care of the patient in intensive care. The practical part is consists of a quantitative study in the form of a questionnaire. This questiome is intended for general nurses and medical rescuers workers departmen of in anesthesiology - resuscitation and intensive care units at the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín. The questionnaire is focused on the evaluation of analgosedation from the view of a nurse and the use of the most common drugs. The aim of this work is to investigate the depth of analgosation using analgesic scales and the use of other possible resources in intensive care.
