dc.description.abstract	Moje bakalářská práce nese název Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s karcinomem žaludku. Jedná se teoreticko-praktickou práci. Karcinom žaludku patří mezi zhoubná onemocnění člověka, která má velmi špatnou prognózu a představuje pro pacienta velmi závažný zdravotní i sociální problém. Úvodem teoretické části je anatomie a fyziologie žaludku, dále se zde podrobněji zabývám charakteristikou onemocnění, jeho historií, klinickými příznaky, příčinami, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí. V praktické části práce se zabývám čtyřmi kazuistikami u pacientů s karcinomem žaludku a popisuji ošetřovatelskou péči formou ošetřovatelského procesu. V této práci jsem použila ošetřovatelský model M. Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle taxonomie Nanda II.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor these is called Nursing Care with a Patient with Stomach Cancer. It is a theoretical-practical theses. Stomach cancer belongs to malignant diseases with a very bad prognosis and it means a very serious health and social problem for the patient. The introduction of the theoretical part presents the anatomy and physiology of stomach. I also deal with characteristics of the diesease, its history, clinical sings, causes, diagnostics, therapy and prevention in more detail. In the practical part I deal with four case reports with patients with stomach cancer and I describe a nursing care in the form of a nusing model by M.Gordon and nursing diagnoses by Nanda II taxonomy.
